About
I build and govern enterprise AI inside government. Seventeen years, most of them in the UAE, taking organisations from paper processes to services that work on a phone — and now to systems that decide, draft and route work on their own.
The work is architecture first and strategy second, in that order, because a roadmap that no system can carry is a document rather than a plan. I write here about what that actually costs, what breaks, and what the vendor slide left out.
