Over the past 17+ years, I've evolved from hands-on developer to strategic transformation leader, serving major UAE government entities and driving national-scale digital initiatives. Today, I combine deep technical expertise with executive-level strategy to help organizations embrace AI and digital transformation.
I specialize in shaping and executing digital transformation strategies, building AI roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams to redesign services, optimize processes, and deploy next-generation platforms. My work includes collaborating with executive leadership, Accenture, TDRA, and AI evaluation committees to deliver transformation strategies aligned with organizational vision, regulatory standards, and smart government KPIs.

As a senior member of the Digital Strategy & Technology function, I contribute to enterprise digital transformation across MOI, advancing AI adoption, automation, and service modernization. I collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and mission-critical digital solutions that enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and smart government performance.
Key Achievements:
- ✓ Designed and delivered AI-driven initiatives using Azure AI, OpenAI APIs, and agentic workflows to build chatbots, user-journey assistants, and intelligent service navigation tools
- ✓ Built enterprise-grade RAG solutions, fine-tuned AI models, and AI copilots supporting 50+ engineers to accelerate delivery
- ✓ Led the implementation of the Secure Instant Messaging App (Tawator) with Xamarin, E2EE encryption, and SignalR
